Delete your account
Last updated August 21, 2026
Deleting removes, immediately and permanently: your account itself, the email address registered with it, your encrypted cloud backup — every synced record, which our servers only ever held as ciphertext — and everything logged on the device you delete from. There is no recovery window and nothing is retained.
If you use Fleura on more than one device, what is logged on the others stays on them — it lives locally, not on our servers. Uninstalling the app (or clearing its storage) on those devices removes it. If you'd rather use the in-app deletion on each device, do the other devices first and this one last, because opening Fleura needs the account you are about to delete.
In the app
- Open Settings → Your data.
- Find Delete everything.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete all my data.
On the web, without the app
The same control is in the web app: sign in here, open Settings → Your data → Delete everything, and follow the same steps. If you have forgotten your password, the sign-in page can reset it by email first.
If you cannot sign in
Write to from the email address the account is registered with, and we will delete it for you. We can only act on requests from the account's own address — there is no other way to prove the account is yours.
